Perfect boutique getaway!

Probably my favorite place I’ve ever booked. The renovation lacked no attention to detail. Everything was incredible. Beyond clean. It was such a cool space. My entire family didn’t want to leave!

This is a nicely restored older downtown building. Nice Mexican restaurant downstairs. Easy street side parking. No staff present quiet area even over 4th of July. We were very pleased with the comfort of the bed, bedding and pillows. Nice bathroom great water pressure in large shower. We will stay here again next time we visit family in the area. Things to consider bringing with you: - cooler with ice and waters (our room didn’t have a mini fridge but other room did) - travel coffee mug for the Keurig in snack area - tissues (our room didn’t have any but the other room did) - hair dryer if needed - painters tape if you are sensitive to light, the mini split AC was wonderful but had bright light, and the neat transom windows above the doors let hallway light in all night (we got a king pillow to balance in in night 2-3)

This place is wonderful!! Was so impressed with our room. The room was very large and clean. We even had vacuum tracks on the plush carpet. The temperature was perfect. Check-in was simple.stay here and you won’t be disappointed.

Beautiful area and very peaceful. This Airbnb was very clean and had a large TV and a comfortable bed. The host was very kind and helpful with clear instructions on how to get in and what is in the area. I would definitely stay here again if I came back to Baxter springs.

This was our second time staying at this location and we’ll definitely stay again if we are in the area! San was easy to work with and helpful. The place is very charming and looks just like the pictures.

If in Baxter Springs or surrounding area this is the place to stay! I frequently visit my parents who live there, and I used to stay in AirB&Bs or hotels. This is by far the best option, best location, and best price. Extremely easy to access and very responsive host. I plan on staying here every time I come in to visit.

The accommodations were great! We have been to Baxter Springs several times to visit extended family and have always struggled to find a place that was clean and updated. Well, we have found our place! Everything was so nice!

impeccable customer service. excellent communication. host makes you feel right at home. extremely accommodating. 10/10 highly recommended. excellent location for extended stays. fair price also. historical building and plenty to do nearby. Old Town feel and southern charm. can't beat it.

We needed a close location to the concert venue and this place was perfect! 12 minute drive. It was a huge room with 2 king beds-made my teenager super happy! Full length mirror was an added bonus to check out her concert look! It was a quiet, perfect place for us to get ready and then rest for a night after the concert!
