The room was very nice and quiet. The hotel was clean and welcoming. When additional items were needed they were very accommodating. This was our first stay at a contactless hotel, for me I would like a little more security. Maybe using the room card to access the elevator? Just a suggestion.

It was a great one night stay at this place. Spacious, high value, and gave us the rest we needed even bringing a newborn with us. They brought in a pack and play last minute and upgraded our room to better accommodate our family.

We loved this fun little hotel! The location could not have been better. I was able to walk my dog for a few miles each morning and there was a great little park close by! There was a fantastic breakfast diner that we were able to walk to each morning as well as a delicious Woodfire pizza place. The highlight was the Mexican restaurant literally right beneath our room. The host was extremely helpful and very communicative and extremely responsive when I needed him. I could not recommend this place more.

Probably my favorite place I’ve ever booked. The renovation lacked no attention to detail. Everything was incredible. Beyond clean. It was such a cool space. My entire family didn’t want to leave!

This is a nicely restored older downtown building. Nice Mexican restaurant downstairs. Easy street side parking. No staff present quiet area even over 4th of July. We were very pleased with the comfort of the bed, bedding and pillows. Nice bathroom great water pressure in large shower. We will stay here again next time we visit family in the area. Things to consider bringing with you: - cooler with ice and waters (our room didn’t have a mini fridge but other room did) - travel coffee mug for the Keurig in snack area - tissues (our room didn’t have any but the other room did) - hair dryer if needed - painters tape if you are sensitive to light, the mini split AC was wonderful but had bright light, and the neat transom windows above the doors let hallway light in all night (we got a king pillow to balance in in night 2-3)

This was our second time staying at this location and we’ll definitely stay again if we are in the area! San was easy to work with and helpful. The place is very charming and looks just like the pictures.

If in Baxter Springs or surrounding area this is the place to stay! I frequently visit my parents who live there, and I used to stay in AirB&Bs or hotels. This is by far the best option, best location, and best price. Extremely easy to access and very responsive host. I plan on staying here every time I come in to visit.
